This weekend was our Halloween weekend... We went with the day of the dead makeup. This is how it turned out...

 

The entire costume cost about $5. Very cheap to fit my budget and it was actually kind of scary!

It looks like I will actually make it to New York for the first time ever! For as much as I've travelled, I'm very surprised that this is just now happening. Trip has planned for the beginning of december...

trees.

I'm not sure what exactly it is...I've never been able to put my finger on it...but I am in love with trees. Maybe because they are alive and will be for longer than me. Or maybe it's just the fact that they just have to stand there and look pretty 24/7. Regardless, here are some that I've come to love!
